Software for industries everyone else ignores.
We build focused, practical tools for the people who keep global supply chains running — the agencies, operators, and small businesses that move workers, goods, and services across borders every day.

Real problems first
Every product starts inside an industry — not in a boardroom guessing what that industry needs.
Simple enough to adopt
If a team that runs on Excel can't switch in a day, we haven't done our job.
Built to last
No venture pressure to grow at all costs. We build sustainable tools for sustainable businesses.
What we build.
Each Calopsis product solves one real problem, in one real industry, completely.
WorkerShield
workershield.calopsis.com
Document expiry tracking and automated alerts for overseas recruitment agencies. Tracks every visa, iqama, medical certificate, and work permit — and alerts your team on Telegram and WhatsApp before a deadline costs you a placement.

Hi, I'm Afsar.
I build every product at Calopsis myself — the code, the design, the support. If something's wrong, you're talking to the person who wrote it.
WorkerShield came out of watching a single missed visa expiry cost an agency a placement and a worker's travel slot — and realising the register everyone relied on was one resignation away from disappearing entirely. The problem wasn't that the agency was careless. It was that no tool existed that fit how they actually work.
I don't build products based on market trends. Each one starts from a real operational problem I can observe directly — usually inside a business that's been running on spreadsheets and paper for years. The goal is always the same: make the tool so practical that switching from Excel feels like less work, not more.
Recruitment agencies. Manpower companies. The small and mid-size operators in South Asia and Southeast Asia who move people across borders every day and have been ignored by enterprise software vendors for decades. These businesses are not simple — they're under-served. There's a difference.
Calopsis products are hosted in Singapore on infrastructure I monitor personally. Security is documented, not assumed. I don't have a team to hide behind — which means every decision about your data is mine to own. I take that seriously.
Four things that don't change.
Regardless of which product, which industry, which market.
We say what the product does, not what we wish it did.
Pricing pages show real limits. Free plans aren't bait. If something isn't built yet, we say so instead of hiding it in the fine print.
If it takes training, it's not done.
The people using our software are running businesses, not learning software. We don't ship until a new user can figure it out without a manual.
PII is not a feature, it's a responsibility.
Passport numbers, dates of birth, visa records — encrypted at rest, never logged, never shared. Every release ships with a documented security review, not a crossed finger.
We don't ghost our customers.
No venture runway to run out of. No pivot. If you're using a Calopsis product, the plan is to keep it running, keep it improving, and keep responding when something goes wrong.
Questions, ideas, or feedback — all welcome.
If you're a recruitment agency that wants to talk about WorkerShield, have a problem you think Calopsis should solve, or just want to say something — reach out. I read everything.
